Treating problem right from its root cause is the prime focus of ayurveda and our efforts don’t steer away from this principle. Our expert Vaidyas conduct Pulse Examination or Nadi Pariksha and meditatively listen to your body to figure out the problems that exist or symptoms that can turn into a disease. Before deciding on the line of treatment, they discuss your medical history and lifestyle in detail. The examination is divided into 3 steps:
Before conducting Pulse Examination or Nadi Pariksha, Vaidyas evaluate your general physical health by looking at your body movements, eyes, health of lips and nails, hair & skin.
Then comes the next and most crucial step of examination, Nadi Pariksha. This is the science of listening to your body. The Vaidya employs touch and gently press hold the nerve using only 3 fingers to asses Vata, Pitta and Kapha dosha balance. This science of diagnosis has been proved to listen to the sounds made by organs, called auscultation.
Once the body is examined, patient is asked certain questions like disease duration, progression, any other complaints or symptoms. The Vaidya also checks patient’s mental and emotional health.
